MCA CAR (Company Affirmation of Readiness) towards COVID-19
CAR (Company Affirmation of Readiness towards COVID-19) should be filed by an authorized signatory of Companies & LLPs. CAR-2020 shall be deployed on the 23rd of March, 2020. All companies/LLPs are requested to report compliance using the above mentioned web service on the 23rd instant

Companies Affirmation of Readiness towards COVID 19 Form to be deployed on 23.03.2020 is a simple web based form with minimum fields, which can be filed from anywhere. There is no requirement of DSC and does not involve payment of any fee. Corporates/ LLPs may submit it at the earliest, not later than 30.03.2020.

OTP from MCA
An OTP from MCA will be sent to the registered mobile number of authorised signatory. this OTP is required to validate the filings.

After OTP authentication, submit the form with MCA portal. There will be no SRN is generated. System based acknowledgment shall be sent to Email ID of the respective Company/Foreign Company/ LLP or Foreign LLP and the Authorized Signatory who is providing the affirmation
