MSME Registration / Udyog Aadhaar Registration

Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) registration or Udyog Aadhaar registration can be obtained by any type of business entity:

  5. Limited Liability Partnership, 
  6. Hindu Undivided Family,
  7. Self Help Groups
  8. Society
  9. Co-Operative Society
  10. Trust

Benefits of MSME Registration

Enterprises registered under MSMEs are eligible for various benefits from the Government of India, Reserve Bank of India (RBI), etc. This includes subsidies, incentives, credit facilities from banks, and protection against delayed payments by buyers of goods/services.

When to obtain MSME Registration? 

MSME registration or Udyog Aadhaar is not mandatory. This registration is optional  at the discretion of the Entrepreneur. It is advisable for every businesses to obtain MSME registration immediately after incorporation to avail the benefits under the MSMED Act.
